All the frit on these pages has a COE of 89-96 so please use sparingly with 104COE glass. Most people stick to the "5-10% max" rule, but play around and see what works best for you. Don't forget to email if there is a custom blend you would like me to make. Frit can be great fun so enjoy experimenting - I'd love to see some of your creations, so feel free to send me some piccys.
Available in various sizes: 30g =under-full small jar, 50g =full small jar and 80g =full large jar. All amounts are approximate and depend on the colour of glass - some colours are significantly heavier than others and the amount you receive will usually be more than that stated. Refills are supplied in bags not jars.

Faux Boro Fun

This is a very reactive blend, created to make Faux Boro effects easy. Just heat Effetre Straw Yellow, dip it in the frit and melt in, repeat then pull a stringer from this mix. On a transparent base, teal, cobalt, red etc squiggle your stringer all over, then encase. Most of all - have fun! Not just for Faux boro either, experiment....
