Welcome to the postage page.  It has been difficult to find a fair postage solution that will suit everyone but I finally settled for a simple (ish!) system of pricing depending on what you have bought and spent.  You MUST choose an option that reflects your purchases.  If you do not this, it will delay your order. You need to look in your cart, see your total and contents and add either 1st class post for a spend under £20, or over £20, and then add Recorded Delivery if that is what you would like. If you need a higher level of compensation, take a look at the Standard Parcels options. Trust me, it sounds more complicated than it is - just look at the options below.  If you pay more than you should I will refund you.

International/Europe;
If you are not in the UK, please either email with your order or cut and paste your cart into an email so I can give you accurate postage. As a guide, most parcels are approximately £1-2 more than UK prices. Thank you.

Standard Parcels - upto 100 Pounds Compensation UK 

Choose this option if you are worried about your parcel getting lost or damaged and your order exceeds £39 in goods. Weight upto 2kg.


This Standard Parcel service aims at delivery 3-5 days from posting  and is covered for compensation up to £100 - no further compensation will be offered if your order exceeds this amount. In the event of loss or damage, no claims can be made for 15 working days after the expected delivery date.
